WPCN is gender & distinct sexual orientation peak body network, formed by multicultural and multiple distinct sexuality, expression and gender identity in 2011. WPCN strives to create spaces and advocate access to services, justice and meaningful involvement. The call/push for foundation was/is to create meaningful involvement through participation and contribution of LGBTIQ and Sex workers persons in distinct interventions. Focusing on; Human Rights and Justice, Health-HIV, Good governance and Enterprises social finance. Which After about a decade of organizing LGBTQI+ groups and individuals in Migori/Homabay, some progress has been achieved. This includes and not limited to the recognition of LGBTQI+ individual and movement as citizen of existences in the region by stakeholders, inclusion into various committees i.e. court user committee (Migori & Homabay Court of Laws), genders committee, Migori Civil society committee, TWG on HIV, County KP Advocacy committee in Migori County, Index testing committee at NASCOP and now KVP organization for Migori/Homabay. Formation of various LGBTQI+ groups and enhancing their work/visibility is broadening rainbow movement in the region. WPCN is a registered civil society organization under Ministry of East African Community, Labour & Social Protection in Oct 2017. As a membership network, nine groups formulate WPCN with ideal mandate of amplifying for spaces and needs.
WPCN is a regional membership network formulated for Homabay and Migori, currently with calls from various organization in Western Kenya. Currently, membership stands at 9 groups in the region with ideal mandate of amplifying for space and needs.

- Migori LBQ Feminist Society; This is LBQ membership organization with focus on Mental Health around LBQ currently supported by Uhai-Eashri grant.
- WEALTH MSM: This MSM led organization working around HIV prvention, Testing and Care. Wealth has closely work with Lvcthealth and Ciheb through our coordination
- Kenya-Tanzania Cross Border Sex workers Initiative (KT-CBSWI): This is a Sex worker led organization working along Kenya-Tanzania borders with mandate promote services access and delivery around health and Human rights
- Nelfriend: This a male sex workers organization based in Ndiwa sub-county in Homabay county. This organization works around economic and health promotion.
- Transgender and Intersex Initiative (TRII). This is led by trans and intersex persons both in Migori and Homabay. TRII works around Human rights systems
- Gay Cross Border : This is found along Kenya Tanzania border working wellbeing of their constituents
- Addiction Counter Reduction Initiative (ACRI); This organization is focused to ensure better mental health, Syringe and need program, hepatitis C vaccine advocacy and campaign, government relation and policy.
