IDAHOBIT GALA CELEBRATION
WPCN joined world in celebration of IDAHOBIT, and so WPCN in support of other partners held gala event to mark The International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia on 17th May 2022.. As you know, WPCN has been in forefront to creating meaningful involvement of LGBTIQ+ into various distinct interventions, in Migori and Homabay. This event culminated a great step WPCN has made in creating understanding & acceptance, expressing love and humanity and creating safe spaces, further to safety guidelines to LGBTIQ+ during this electioneering period (Supported by Uhai-Eashri). We are excited to share this day with those closest to Us. With a Theme: “Our Bodies, Our Lives, Our Rights”
We launched the Emergency Kitty for Rapid Response during Election and after.
